I've been working acording to this program for some weeks, but then I found out that it's too primitive. Why these records for? (Only for barbarians requirements Very Happy ) There are a lot of types of push ups and a lot of hand and legs positions that make work every part of chest and triceps. For example when your legs are higher then your had, then the top of your chest works more. When your arms are very close, then they lift about 75% of bodyweight and the inner part of your chest works more... and so on.
So I think it would be better to do complex sets starting with about 3-5 repetitions in each position.

monday-pushup
tuesday-training
wednesday-pushup
thursday-training
friday-pushup
saturday-training
sunday-off

hey, it seems to be a great program and I'm starting it next week but could you explain something to me?
Let's say I start from week 1. I train on monday, wednesday and friday. And 2nd week is the same (monday, wednesday, friday).
And it's written that I should take a rest for 2 days, then make new test.
So I rest on saturday, sunday and... do new test on monday ? So when should I start 3rd week ? The same day I do the test ?

Day1,day2,day3 You train!!
Day 4 you rest.
day 5 you do test
then you rest 2 days which are day 6 and 7.

Hey

without test- You try this, which day is good for you.

for example
you feel good for week 7. and 46-55 pushups.

you train week7 (46-55)
next week8 (46-55)

and back on week7 but (56-65)
week8 (56-65)

after one month, You will do test

This is my opinion
