 HOW TO BREAK PAST 25 PULLUPS

PostSubject: HOW TO BREAK PAST 25 PULLUPS    Fri Dec 23, 2011 2:04 pm

I RECENTLY GOT TO 23 AND I FEEL THAT IN A COUPLE WEEKS OF TRAINING I COULD GET TO 25 NO PROBLEM.

MY TRAINING IS ALWAYS CHANGING

MY FAVORITE ROUTINES ARE

NEVER LEAVING THE BAR
I WILL MAKE A GOAL FOR MYSELF SAY 300 PULLUPS AND WHENEVER I DROP FROM THE BAR I PUNISH MY SELF WITH MAX PUSHUPS. AND THIS GOES ON UNTIL I GET TO 300 PULLUPS. THEN I WILL HIT THE ROWING MACHINE FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES

OR I PYRAMID FOR A SET TIME.
SOMETIMES I WILL DO PAVEL'S PYRAMID FOR AN HOUR, SOMETIMES I WILL JUST GO UP AND DOWN FOR AN HOUR. OR I WILL DO W-PYRAMIDS.

OR I WILL PACE FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF
5 PULLUPS A MINUTE

IF YOU GUYS HAVE ANY IDEAS PLEASE LET ME KNOW THANKS

weighted pullups training in what matter. i have never done weighted. pullups. has anyone ever tried static pullups and negatives?

add weight to your pyramids/density/sets... weighted statics and negatives are awesome too
