 Bar-barian Requirement Help

i'm reaching the pinnacle of giving up on attaining it ... I'm nowhere close to the requirements i really wanna attain it and start to work on other moves.. Please help me and its best if you could share your story on how you got it .. My best record is

5 muscle ups
27 - 7 - 6 - 5 dips
13-7-3-2 pull ups
30-15-10 push ups
lol last 5 muscle ups is ugly one.. 1 - 1 - 1 - 1 - 1 ...

did it under 18 minutes.

max muscle up,max pull up,max dips,max push up,max muscle up
repeat 2-3 times

Ive seen people here say that they actually practice once or more per week. Also Try and complete the old requirements first. Also for New/Old Requirements do sets of half of the New/Old requirements. So just slice them in half and that = 1 set. When not training for reqs. Add weights/sternums/explosive to your pull ups. If you arent doing sternums/explosives then weighted is pretty much your best option to build required strength to make it over the bar. Weights/pyramids to your dips/push ups. Go hard
