PostSubject: My diet(fasting)   Fri Nov 04, 2011 8:32 pm

Hey guys,

would love to hear your comments am I doing this right way.So I am doing this diet to loose fat.I a not fat or big at all, probably about 185cm and 83kg.Actually my priority for doing any sort of diet is to develop healthy eating patterns for rest of my life.Reducing uneccesary weight and fat is just nice additional bonus.

So here it goes:

10am - 10 spoons of oats boiled in milk,3eggs one whole 2 whites,2bannanas and handful of nuts
13:00 - 2chicken thigs(wold eat 75% of breast but its pretty expensive where I live) and veggie
15:30 - tun can + veggies
18:00 - lean cottage cheese

I drink 6 liters of water daily.I want to add that I am preparing to do marathon. Its not what I will do many years, ust one time.Should I add some more crbs or protein if I am doing long distance running?Any tips and help is very appreciated.

Thans for helping

Becareful to not eat too much tuna you can get mercury poisoning, which rots the brain.. search google to see more in depth on what im saying..
