Hi everyone,
My goal is to finally achieve a Muscle Up.
Here is my training routine:

Monday.
1.Warm up(some pull ups ,dips ,push ups)
2. 4 sets of 9 pull ups( or 7-8 with 5 kilo added)
3. 3 sets of 7-8 dips
4. 2 sets of 8 wide grip pull ups.
5. 3 sets of 8 very close grip pull ups.
6. 3 sets of 8 chin ups.
Evening(about 7PM)
3 sets of 10 pull ups, 20 push ups, 20 leg raises, 10 triceps extensions.

Tuesday.
1.Warm up.
2. 3 sets of 9 pull ups (or 7-8 with weights)
3. 5 sets of 7-8 dips.
4. 1 set of 8 wide grip pull ups.
5. 12,10,8,6,4,2 pull ups set.
Evening(about 7PM)
3 sets of 10 pull ups, 20 push ups, 20 leg raises, 10 triceps extensions.

Thursday.
1. Warm up.
2. 4 sets of 9 pull ups9(or 7-8 with weights)
3. 3 sets of 7-8 dips.
4. 3 sets of 8 wide grip pull ups.
5. 1 set of 10 very close grip pull ups.
Evening(about 7PM)
3 sets of 10 pull ups, 20 push ups, 20 leg raises, 10 triceps extensions.

Friday.

1.Warm up.
2. 3 sets of 9 pull ups (or 7-8 with weights)
3. 5 sets of 7-8 dips.
4. 1 set of 8 wide grip pull ups.
5. 12,10,8,6,4,2 pull ups set.
Evening(about 7PM)
3 sets of 10 pull ups, 20 push ups, 20 leg raises, 10 triceps extensions.
