First up, have a look at bar-barian beginners thread.

Muscle ups on an iron gym will probably involve you hitting your head on the ceiling, it will also be harder to get over the bar due to the wall/door frame. Your best off going and finding a playground :-)

For rows, if you have a door which is close to a wall you could try using the iron gym there and just putting your feet high up on the wall. Failing that try getting a pair of gymnastics rings.

You could do dips on the rings also, or if you can find any of the 'n' shaped places to lock your bike, those work quite well.

Work the basics harder especially dips&pull ups while adding in special exercises like one arm negatives ex: 5 sec top,5sec middle, 5 sec almost on the bottom just above then try to pull that's 1 rep. I believe if you work the basics hard the strength will help transfer to harder exercises.

Diamond will probably the most towards oapush-ups, that and negatives. Take a look at lots af videos of people doind oapush-ups, look especially at their feet as you will see that they are mostly quite wide... this will help you with stability.

workout:

1)Mixed Alt Grip Pull Ups Pyramid/Density/Ladder sets

2A)Dips Pyramids Idea

2B)Alt Form Push Up Sets/Pyramids?

3A)Box Jumps/Pistols/Lunges?!?

3B)Weight Jump Squats/Brabell Squats

4A)Mixed Ab Exercises...Knee raises...Rusiian Kettlebell Twist etc

4B)Cardio Training 3 x Week...Fitness Goals/Levels may vary but generally whenever I RUN I Aim for Interval/endurance/Speed training/fartleks/Hill Sprints...25-30 minutes per session or longer if you want, unless you are training for a race or a marathon that is usually not necessary. Or you can just bang out 500 Meters at the begining and end of each workout

5)Rope Climbing

As you get stronger try adding weight to your plyos/push ups/pullups/dips with plates, vest, chains, bookbag?!?! Also a medicine ball would not be a bad idea for pushups etc.... Also alternate lower body excersises by adding Split Squats, Bar Lunges, different plyos etc and I think that personally to combine calisthenics with weight training is awesome!!! You might want to along the line incorporate shrugs, dead lifts, bent rows, over head pressing etc

check out this awesome video
