 Tricep Routine

I found a useful routine for myself, the ending is almost same as LBM-s set.

1. HSPU
2. Bridges
3. Tricep extensions
4. Diamond push ups
5. tricep dips

3 sets, do them all verryyy sllowwllyy, no rest between exercises, 3-5min rest between sets.

I did first set everything 10, second 8, third 8, tho you can change the numbers according to your strength, if you can do more than 16 with perfect form slowly, try adding weight
