Hey guys,

I'm just wondering, is it possible to build muscle mass while not gaining fat?
I would really love to have bigger arms and a bigger chest, but the thing is, is it possible without gaining fat, because my girlfriend wont like it very much if i'll lose my six-pack.
I work-out alot, like 6 days a week, 2/3 times cardio and about 4 days bodyweight.

Thanks in advance!

Reppin,

Its possible but slower, the key is taking more proteins than carbs, and very low fats

Yes its possible your diet has to be on point, i would do less cardio and more high intensity leg workouts about 4 days a week and maybe 2 hiit a week, while focusing on weighted basics and power moves maybe add deadlifts. It will come down to how hard you really train, how clean you eat, and a good night of sleep.Just make sure to make the leg workouts brutal this will make you maintain if not gain some muscle with the right diet, i am doing that right now.

Right on Lou. Listen to your body. and train smart. I'm on a 8 month training routine to do something like that. I'll tell you how it goes. Squats and deadlifts, sprints.

Ever notice a 100 meter sprinter? Very strong and powerful yet low bodyfat. I believe Usain Bolt is 207 lbs with 6% body fat. Freak Genetics
