circuit without rest between set: (9-9-40-17-8-40) (9-7-30-15-7-37) (7-6-25-10-5-30) (6-5-20-10-4-35)

after that:
3x max: dumbbell military press- dumbbell raw

after that:
3xmax bent over lateral rise
