 A Few Superset Routines

here are a few supersets using just a pullup bar you can try if you would like:

3x through:
12 L-sit chinups
15 pike pushups(aka beast pushups)
10 knees to elbows
20 diamond pushups
20 L-sit kicks hanging from bar
10 Wide grip pullups
25 V-situps
30 Pistols(15 R/15 L)

As many times as you would like:
Max hanging L-hold
immediately after...
Max pullups
immediately after...
Max clapping pushups
immediately after...
Squat Jumps
immediatley after...
Max handstand hold

4x Through:
10 L-pull-ups
15 Diamond Push-ups
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
15 Diamond Push-ups
20 Pull-ups
15 Diamond Push-ups

50 Handstand Pushups against wall
-everytime you drop do 10 pushups

100 Pullups
-everytime you drop do 20 pistols(10 R/10 L)

yeah bro real punny. anybody can feel free to add their own up here. I just wanted to throw this up there to help anybody out who needed something to do, as I find supersets one of the best things to work quick-twitch strength as well as endurance from several rounds.
