I would like your opinions and comments about my rountine. My goals are to progress to the one arm push up, and one armed chin ups.
I also am working on front and back levers and the planche.
Workout:
Pull ups 7, 7, 7
assisted one arm push up 13R 13L, 13R 13L, 13R 13L
Hanging leg raises 15, 15, 15
crow stands 1 min, 1 min
Tucked front lever 1 min, 1 min
pistol 5, 5, 5, 5, 5

i planned on making this my mon. wed. fri. workout. Or do yall suggest something different for strength gains. I would also appreciate if yall could suggest a strength core workout for maybe a tues.thurs.saturday workout.
Another thing that i would like comments on, is maybe another rountine i could do for strength gains
monday chest and back, core, planche and lever work
tuesday triceps and biceps, planche and lever work
wednesday legs, core, planche and lever work
thursday chest and back, planche and lever work
friday triceps and biceps, core, planche and lever work
saturday legs, planche and lever work
and for each day i would pick 2-3 exercises for each body part each day and keeping the reps to about 8-10. Would something like this give me good strength gains. Any help is appreicaited.
