Was back up to 187lbs pushing for 190 feeling really strong. Diet was on point and strength was improving. Got a stomach virus and a cold at the same time I was puking, and sneezing almost at the same time. Probably the worst I've felt in 12 years. Back down once again. haven't eat right in 2 weeks.

DAMN IT again! You don't know how frustrating this year has been for me. I can't seem to put 2 months together without someone getting sick, injured, a fight, a change of living situations, baby momma drama. life s**t over and over and over...

A couple of things are keeping me level right now.

1) I didn't gain all my strength in 2 weeks so, 2 weeks off isn't going to take it all away.

2) It's not how many times you fall down, it's how many times you get back up.

3) I'm not going back to a piece of s**t like I fell into 3 years ago. Too much work getting fit again from ground zero.

4) my son

Everything is going to get better. I just have to will this mother F'r!

Ok. I completed my first 2 weeks back to training. It seems the older I get every week that I'm off I need two to get back to where I was.

So as for right now, I'm back up to feeling healthy and strong.

185lbs. pushing for 195 by the end of the month.

I just read through your log, seems like you keep fighting everytime you fall down. Good way to be, determined. If you keep at it I think you will acheive your goals. Don't back down man. In the words of Larry the Cable Guy "Git R Done!" Good luck dude and keep on pushing!
Very Happy

Thanks man. If it was easy everyone would be doing it. That's why I've made this log so I can get support and stay motivated. Thanks again!

10 lbs of muscle in 4 months. Not too bad for the ups and downs I had during this training goal. I have 3 months to get 15 more LOL.... Just hope for the best.

working on all types of fingertip pushups. I'm making some progress. I'll have to post a video soon.

Going for the one armed finger and thumb pushup just like my old friend Bruce. Keeping in mind, feet close together and a straight back with no torso rotation. Amazing!

Now this is impressive video also. I know he doesn't go all the way down but using just your 2 fingers and no thumb is really incredible. Give it a try yourself.

“Sometimes God has to break us to make us. It’s just a bend, it’s not the end.

I had a terrible situation happen and I almost lost everything.

I'm down to 163lbs, Just about 30lbs of muscle gone.

I will post pictures of my journey back up, starting from the beginning.

Best of strength to you all.
