I'd really like to get higher levels of strength and hypertrophy going without the spinal compression I get when moving heavy weights in the gym.

Saturday & Sunday:
Tucked Front Lever: 10 x 6 secs
L sit: 10 x 6 secs

Monday:
Pullups: 5 x 5
Pushups: 10 x 5

Dips: 5 x 5
Inclined pullups: 10 x 5

Pistol squats: 3 x 3
GHR: 3 x 3

Comments:
Felt like a good workout. Felt almost easy till the last set.
Decided to rep up.

Wednesday:
Chinups: 6 x 5
Pushups: 12 x 5

Dips: 6 x 5
Inclined pullups: 12 x 5

Comments:
Decided to alternative pullups and chinups per workout.
Discovered that the underhand grip for inclined pullups is quite bad for the pulling motion.

Might do the leg workout later in the evening.

Ending the day with:

Pistol squats: 4 x 3
GHR: 4 x 3

Comments:
Cranking them like nothing after some good stretching.
Very Happy
