Start with the basics.. Do variations of pullups, dips, pushups, chin ups and some core exercises. Mix it up with supersets, ladders and circuits.

Do more sets..

Example:

pullups 1,2,3,4,5,6,5,4,3,2,1
dips 2,4,6,8,10,12,10,8,6,4,2
situps 3,6,9,12,15,18,15,12,9,6,3
pushups 2,4,6,8,10,12,10,8,6,4,2

do the exercises straight after another, do not rest at all, only to drink a little bit of water.

another example:

pullups
dips x 10
pushups
leg raises

no rest between exercises, and when you finish leg raises, go straight back to pullups and keep going with no rest.
