 Begginer :)

Hi all
I am really happy finding this forum!
I am 16 years old weigh 65kg heigh about 183cm
I have pull up bar and a dip bar... I can do about 10-12 pull ups and 10-15 dips in one set... So, if anyone can advise me on how to train to gain muscle and so on...

Well at worst 0 Very Happy at best maybe around 10kg but it all depends on how much you eat and also you have to stress your muscle to grow for now doing regular sets will be fine but when you get more advanced you'll have to add some weight do the pull ups and dips

Im prepared to work hard, so maybe max reps and like 10-15sec rest?

IMO I think going for max reps is a bad idea because you'll fully exhaust what capacity your arms have and that recovery is gonna take a lil longer.

Instead of aim for lower reps like 5-7 and do many sets.

If you're able to do max reps with lil rest inbetween,I'd say go for it.
