25 hanging leg raises
15 hanging leg raises
head touching the bar + knee raise static hold 30 sec

Friday November 4th 2011:


Night workout outside:

10 pullups (warmup)
Front lever progression work (knees against chest)

50 one arm assisted pullups alternating arms every five reps

left arm assisted pullup static hold at top 15 sec
right arm assisted pullup static hold at top 15 sec

left arm assisted pullup static hold at top 15 sec
right arm assisted pullup static hold at top 15 sec

10 left arm assisted pushups
10 right arm assisted pushups
typewriter pushups
15 diamond pushups

behind the neck pullup static hold at top + knee raise 30 sec

I was definitely doing those one arm assisted reps one at a time haha. I'm starting to work on harder moves more though. I hope to hit muscle ups within a few months, and I'm starting to do progressions for the more advanced stuff.

No real injuries this time, though I'm definitely sore from all that sprinting!

Monday November 7th 2011:

16 pullups
32 dips
10 wide grip pullups
20 dips

8 chinups
20 dips

5 min rest

50 diamond pushups in 3:04


Definitely took things easy today to let my body rest from the weekend and my injuries. My thumb is 95% of the way healed so I'll probably stop using thumbless grip sometime next week. I'm also taking the week off from any kind of running/sprinting to give my left foot a rest, though I'll still be going to ultimate practice to get some throwing/catching in.

notes: Hit a new max of 18 pullups today, though my frog stand hold decreased a little because of fatigue
