Yeah, I got to put the i4 through its paces this weekend and it held up quite nicely. Plus it looks awesome haha

You should try both some time. Paintball's significantly more expensive, but both are awesome

45 second pushup static hold

I had some extra time today because of a cancelled class and no ultimate practice, so I decided to shock the system a little bit with a longer routine. Sort of inspired by J.R.'s beastmode burnouts


Thursday October 13th 2011:


100 pullups in ~30 minutes
100 dips in ~10 minutes
2 min break
100 pushups in ~12 minutes

Hanging knee raise static hold 1 min total work
Bottom position of a dip static hold 1 min total work
Bottom position of a pushup static hold 1 min total work
Middle position of a pullup static hold 1 min total work

100 diamond pushups in 13 minutes
50 hanging knee raises in 4 minutes

middle position of a pullup + L sit w/knees bent static hold 1 min total work

diamond pushup static hold 1 min total work

Also, I just wanted to note that my max pullups have gone from 10 to 15 in about a month. Max dips has gone from 20 to 30. Muscle ups here I come!

Ultimate frisbee tournament in chico, tweaked my left shoulder during a game

Sunday October 23rd 2011:

More tournament games, injured my right thumb


Shoulder feels fine, thumb is still hurting some but I'm gonna try to get a workout in today regardless

note: I switched to thumbless grip after the second set of dips because my right thumb was definitely hurting. I'll probably stick with thumbless grip exclusively until its all healed.
