 Leg workout.

This is what I did this morning:

50 squats
25 back extensions
3 minutes jump roping

Repeat.

I did 10 rounds then did some sprints, it was a pretty good leg day. Kickboxing should be interesting later, haha.

Thanks for this, I keep it in my notebook.
I can't test it now because my ankle is still injured so I can't run, jump rope ...

i do 20 one legged squat,15 leg shrimp,lot of jumping,and lots of calves exercise
