 Is it safe to train yet?

PostSubject: Is it safe to train yet?   Mon Sep 05, 2011 3:40 pm

Ok guys.

I trained on Saturday and of course i got some muscle soreness (as it was a new workout, so i guess i shocked my muscles). Today is tuesday and i still have a little soreness. Can i still train or must i wait for the soreness to completely disappear? It's been 2 days already.

noone can tel you how long you need to rest between every training. If you feel that you are recovered and can train again then go ahead. resting and skipping training is for n00bs, work all day all night Very Happy

Here comes my question (if you don;t mind), If you have soreness you need to rest? A good warm-up will make the sore to disapear. Then, can i train?
