What's up Bar-Barian Community!

I'm new here so i'm going to introduce myself real quick,

My names Maurits, i live in Zaandam, the Netherlands, i'm 16 years old and i've been livin' the bar-barian lifestyle for about a month now (if you can call it that).
Besides working out on the bars i also do Korfbal (propably a unknown sport to the majority of you guys) and i love running (from HIIT to 10kms).

Weight: 67.7 kg's (really lean)
Length: About 1.85m

I hope you guys can help me out, just tell me if there's something i should do better and i'd love it if you guys could maybe teach me some tips & tricks.

Enough about me, lets get to the bar talk

Warm up:

I started out by just stretching my shoulders and my wrists due to pain in non-specific joints i had in the past.

Main workout:

Started with a pull-up pyramid

Wide grip:

5-10-15-15-10-5

Close grip:

5-10-10-5

Pretty dissapointed with the pull-ups, mainly due to hands full of blisters though

Tricep Dips:

4 x 20, 15 sec rest in between sets
3 x 15, 15 sec rest in between sets

Triceps were sore as hell.

Push ups:

Only managed to do a total of 45 (5-10-15-10-5), due to my triceps being really soar, once again, really dissapointed with them.


Core:

Only did 2 L-Holds (knee-raised), 30 sec each with 15 sec break between them.

Cardio

5x Hill sprint (about 75 meter, 45degrees upward), 30-60 sec inbetween.
2x Burpees, for 30sec, 30 in between.
2x Jumping Jacks, for 30 sec, 30 sec in between.

Cool-Down

Basically just stretched and took a 10min walk home

Propably going to work my core later at night and do like 4 sets of 20 push ups and most likely also 4 sets of tricep dips.

Sup bar-barians!

Unfortunally i wasn't able to do any bar work nor cardio today!
Due to a game i had to play in the evening (my triceps and back were pretty sore anyways).

Exited for tomorrow though, gonna be back on track!
