Hey guys, it's my first day of CC and it went well Smile

Here's how it went>

Pushups and Leg Raises - S1

Started with joint mobility and warmup exercises - 10 minutes

Wall Pushups 2x10

Knee Raises 2x10

Ended with stretching routine - 10-15 minutes.

Comments: Knee tucks burned after second set. Wall pushups, a bit easy. Will keep working!

Excited for day 2 now Smile
