i have not. what you need to do is keep your core engaged the entire time. push your hips forward sqeeze your glutes together and brace your abs like you are getting ready for a punch to the gut. kep that tension. i recomend working easier variations of these moves until you build up the necessarry strength to not have these issues

I feel tension not pain when I do them and I mostly do them with one leg tucked so I don't get extreme forces through my back. I haven't done them in a while though.

Dragon flags are one of those movements to me that seem dangerous. I mean don't get me wrong, If you progress properly and warmup correctly I'm sure you can greatly reduce the risk of Injury. However, you are putting a tremendous amount of pressure on your lower back at the bottom postion. maybe work on bridges, planks and side planks for a while until you feel better. take care bro.

thanx for the late responses haha

yea this was a few weeks ago.since then my back has built up to the strain.besides the elbow pain from back levers every other move can be done with no problem now XD.also im the type of person i know its stupid but i skip steps.i learned the front lever without doing tucks and same with the back. haha maybe thats why i felt pain at first.but back levers r a no no for me now elbow seems to always hurt maybe my old break is coming back to haunt me.

Whether you can jump into something hard or not, I've found dilution is the key to a healthy problem free body. Also the perks of having the knowledge of correctly executed lesser steps, can improve your technique and form greatly.
