Finally got my Dip Belt. The belt is kinda decent. Cant really pack weight like I thought I would be able too. Its really only good for holdng 25lb plates. 45lb plates are very tough to load on, and multiple 45lb plates is near impossible. 3*25lb plates seem to be the real make or break point, anything after that and you have to "finagle" it. I actually was able to pack on 4*25lb plates. Its Nylon, but For the price its nice. I actually went and checked out some leather belts and Im better off with thie Nylon IMO. Leather was really flimsy and thin. Also found an awesome gym that is very cheap and prob has hot chicks there

What kind of results have you been seeing from doing weighted pullups vs unweighted? Keep up the good work!

definately getting stronger. Workouts are way more intense. Also I want to train up to much heavier weights as well as making most/if not all of my Dips weighted. I havent tried an unweighted Max out yet, but Im sure that its about right. Im thinking of starting to train for Fit Stream Contest so Ill find out. Also, unweighted pull ups/chins just arent really challenging anymore. I still think that they are awesome, but, using weight just feels like a natural progression... BTW... If I get stuck/dont chin the bar while Im doing a weighted rep... Ill just finish what I can/take credit for whatever I did in that set... and what ever was incomplete.. I make up at the end of the routine. 8-10 and maybe even 6 is when you may be likely to get stuck depending on the weight and which grip that you use. I aim to be able to complete a full weighted pyramids at specific weights without getting stuck. that be awesome!

Muscle Up
2*12=24

So I took a stroll down town today....awesome December weather btw, even had to take off my jacket... Walk was Maybe 25-30 minutes, and, on the way there was maybe 10-12 bus terminals along the way. For every bus stop I did 2 Muscle Ups and started to really get the hang of transition. So All together maybe 24 or 25 Muscle Ups, and, out of the 25 Muscle Ups, Id say maybe 15 were near perfect. The transition isnt so bad, I guess I just wasnt leaning forward which was the problem and causing me to do the old One-Two with my elbows. So, yeah... transition is better

Hey!

Do you train at a gym or at a park?

I assume the squats are weighted?

Niceee pull-ups anyway.

Have you considered combining your belt with putting weight in a backpack and putting it on as well?
