Thinking about adding dip pyramids to my routine. thinking of maybe 50-10-50 or 40-10-40... Also the OLD requirements AT LEAST 1 x day per week

Dips 20-19-18-17-16-15-14-13-12-11-10=165... felt like I couldve did a more challenging Dip Pyramid than this... Next time maybe 20-15-20 or 20-10-20 or something MORE challenging...

Olympic Barbell Lunge 10X3+5=35

Olympic Back Squat 10x2+5=25

Weight Jump Squat 10x2=20

25 minute run:hill sprints x 13/fartleks

Banged out a few random Pistols too but didnt keep count

213 total alt grip pull ups... I traded off between the 88 pyramid and the 50 density set simultaneously... was pretty cool... next time maybe Ill do a larger density set to even out with the pyramid reps if I do them both simultaneously

Dips 20-10+20+19=204 shoulda went back up to 20 but I was lolly gagging

Olympic Barbell Squat 10x3=30

Olympic Barbell Squat 8X3=24

Olympic Barbell Lunge 10x2=20

random pistols thru out the day didnt keep track... will prob add weight Jump Squats later tonite... also prob will increase the weight on the Oly Squats/Lunges

62% Olympic Barbell Squats 5x6=30

62% Olympic Barbell Squats 5x3=15

62% Barbell Lunge 5x2=10

Dips 10-20=165

Dips 20-15=105

Flexibility Pistols 10x2=20

prob do more stuff thru out the day..pistols, dips/push ups, levers, weight jump squats, squats and lunges

167 total alt grip pull ups... couldve?!? miscounted at the 17x1

Bench Press 10x2=20

will prob add on later

Overhead press 5x2=10

Knee Raise 10x2=20

Russian Bar Twist 50 reps

prob will add some extra weighted pullups pyramids later along with more squats, bench pressing, pushups... Also plan to do a Tabata Routine later on

mixing pistols while running is pretty rough, had awesome weather today so I just went in yo... It was great

210 total alt grip pullups...Dropped sets and added a weighted ladder..but Ill prob knock out another 50-60 before the nights over.

Dips 10-25=280...first time I really ever ascended on dips I usually descend...really enjoyed it...lil extra challenging...maybe next time Ill ascend then descend

Olympic Bar Squats 6x5=30
Olympic Bar Squats 6x2=12
Olympic Bar Squats 7x3=21
Olympic Bar Squats 5x1=5
68 total squats

Weight Squat Jump 10x3=30

PushUps 25x4=100

maybe Friday Ill throw in some bench presses

I see now u def have the strength, just while increasing the basics through your routines practice some moves like, m-ups, levers,balancing,stands,planche, one arm moves, flags it will be more fun and you will progress even more. Keep it up.

Im kind of ashamed of this, but I cant really seem to be able to do a muscle up... I just dont undesratnd... I can do 25 + pullups/40 + dips and also weighted sets, 40lbs +, but Im stuck on muscle ups... Im thinking maybe bad technique... I do sternums and explosives etc but nothing...ironloo youre so awesome I felt like you were the only one that I could tell...*chuckles* Thtas right barbarians "I cant do a MU" there now are you happy?!?! Am I a fraud?!?

try lots of negative,explove pull up first,like clapping pull up
