Figured I'd start a real nice training log! Just getting into working out seriously so feel free to laugh...for now

6 feet tall, 165 pounds
Today's training...

3x10 155lb Deadlift
3x5 180lb Deadlift
3x5 195lb Deadlift

5x5 135lb Bench
2x10 Push ups
5x5 135lb Bench
2x10 Push ups

3x10 145lb Squat
2x10 165lb Squat
1x5 195lb Squat

Drop Set Chins 7 6 5 4 3 2 1

10 Dips
10 Tricep Push ups
10 Dips
10 Tricep Push ups

Dumbell Push press 2x10 30lb
Inclined Bench 2x15 130lb
Dumbell Push press 2x10 30lb
