 How is my workout?

PostSubject: How is my workout?   Sun Aug 14, 2011 3:07 pm

So i was planning on attempting this workout everyday whilst taking a day off whenever I feel like i'm too exhausted to train. I'd appreciate any input on making it better.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Warm up
Jogging for a few minutes, arm circles, side raises, etc.

Set 1
Weighted vest pull ups MAX
no rest
normal pull ups max

Set 2
Weighted vest dips MAX
no rest
normal dips max

Set 3
Same as set 1 but with close grip pull ups

Set 4
Same as set 2

Set 5
Same as set 1 but with chin ups

Set 6
Same as set 2

Then repeat one more time for two circuits in total

Then superset training,
-Wide grip pull ups MAX, normal pull ups MAX, chin ups MAX, close grip chin ups MAX, do this circuit 3 times
-Diamond push ups MAX, incline push ups (feet on bench) MAX, bench dips MAX, normal press ups MAX, do this circuit 3 times

Next BEASTMODE BURNOUTS (credit to littlebeast) so 1 pull, 1 dip, 2 pulls, 2 dips, etc. until no more! Do this 3 times in total

Moving on to 3 sets of handle push ups supersetted with tricep extensions MAX OUT.

Finish off with doing each exercise again, no rest, maxing out for 3 circuits.

So that's about it; for legs I'll occasionally go the the gym for heavy squats and deadlifts (bodyweight training doesn't really hit my legs that hard) and, although I want to, I CAN'T DO ANY HANDSTAND PUSH UPS, because it really hurts my shoulder joint (feet elevated push ups are fine though)
