does anybody have any nutrition tips for healthy joints and tendon strengthening recovery?

Yea when injured i eat tons of papaya with peanut butter,salmon with the bones,pineapples, maca root, joint vibrance supplement, sardines with the bones, sunflower seeds,pumpkin seeds, boiled oysters, daikon, eat the whole ginger root raw, tea, coffee
