Thanks! Be patient with this one - it takes most people a long time to get it.

How often do you recommend training for a back lever (or front lever too)?

I've been doing it three times a week, is that too much?

I've gotten to where I can hold the back lever with one leg extended, but with both legs out I fall, even with the legs spread...

At what point during my workout should I be practicing the back lever? Beginning, middle, end?

I'd prioritize it by doing at the start of your workout when you are fresh.

Keep at it - advanced skills like these demand lots of patience and practice.

Ok, thanks man. I've been doing them with a palms down (chin up grip) which I see a lot of gymnasts do, but I noticed you and the other barbarians usually use a pull up grip...personal preference?
