 Please help me achieve my goal? :)

i have a few goals that i want to achieve
1)muscle up
2)back/front lever
3)human flag
4)Hand Stand (maybe HSPU after getting it)
5)planche/ planche push ups

i put planche last is because in my point of view it is a really tough one.. if you guys have the time to share your experience and tell me which should i focus first because im planning to get from the easiest to the hardest..

the things i could do now :
pushup max : 40
pull up : 13
dip : 20-25
HSPU on wall : 5
windshield wiper : 2 sets

i could do only 1 imperfect muscle up which i put right/left hand first..

so yes if any of you guys would like to share your routines that could help me achieve one of my goals.. i would really appreciate it Smile

Not so much routines, but things that will help

1. Weighted pullups and plyo(clapping) pull-ups
2. Practice the Tuck versions, lower full versions from vertical and skin the cat (just focus on using your shoulder muscles - no momentum or leg movement...)
3. No idea Very Happy
4. Each day hold a handset for max time in sets that add up to 5 mins, keep practicing the more time you spend on your hands the better you'll become
5. Practice the tuck versions Smile

planche:my training is:hip push up,weight dips on the ring,tuck planche push up,wall planche push up staddel planche then planche
human flag:try to hold ur self,but your leg is on your head.then easy low it down.u should do alot ot side plank to build strength
handstand push up:no idea man.i can do 5 hspu with wall like u,nut i hate free hanstand,because of my balance,i'm doing headstand to handstand.i think u shoul try it
front level:i can't do it yet
back level:i think u should do human flag first.it's build back strength

What do you mean by tuck versions?

Tuck versions of each move, (back lever, front lever, planche) so you knees tucked up to your chest. from here you can slowly expand them backwards to get the full thing.
