First, greetings to all comunity, i will use this to motivate me, track progres, etc.
I'm following Convict Conditioning , but im happy to improve where i need,
I will test my max'es tomorrow so you will have a general idea about my level, and , whathever i do , ill post here .

I started doing exercises like at the beggining of this year with some pauses between working hard and not at all. And btw, my max , lets say at push-ups , the reps should be done slowly , like 2 sec down , pause , 2 sec up? or fast ?

I'm trying to learn from here. javascript:emoticonp('Very Happy')

Today, as i said , tested my pull-ups . Max was 12.

On my pushups ,max was 42(my PR was 47 some months ago when i realized that i need to strenghten my joints , elbow... with Convict Conditioning ).

Dips- another day.

Squats - Max - 170.

Abs- another day

Muscle-ups -0 ( im on the road to 1 Smile )

Now i feel pretty ok , but tomorrow i feel it like will kill me . Very Happy rest day
