yep but i ended totally smashed...the last series of the chin up were a total pain!

in fact i was thinking about starting to go weighted, but i've got some doubts

nice program bro how much rest between set's do you do? Would be good 2 know thank's Smile can i do this workout everyday?i think it would be good for endurance

I tried this routine today for the first time and it was incredible. It looks intimidating looking at it written out with all of those numbers but once I got into it, it was a wrap.

I will make this a regular part of my weekly workouts. i will work it into my timed routines.

I did it in roughly 33-35 minutes. I will keep a strict clock going forward.

I'm loving the routines I get from the folks on this message board. I should never get bored on the "job"
