i did it Very Happy ...i am lucky as never before... It took me exactly 66 minutes... I had enough rest between sets so I could do all excersises with strict form... Push-ups, Chin-ups and dips was easier..Pull.ups was hard but i overcame ourself and did it Very Happy Next time a want to take it under 60 minutes and every next time lower and lower Smile ...When I finished it my whole body was in fire and totally pumped Smile this routine is great preparation for requirements..and I also must start with muscle -ups....
Dawalli one more time thx for inspiration to try this Smile i recommend it all Very Happy

p.s. sorry for my english its my second language Laughing

Thanks Jamal! That's a good time. Just keep trying to lower it, but don't sacrifice your form for time. Always keep your form and it'll pay off in the future when you one day do the requirements and pass them!

Good luck and don't worry, you're English is fine!

today i did it again but with some changes. Sets and repetitions did same but i replace pull-ups with rows. So i do push-ups than rows with wide overhand grip straight after dips and rows with grip like for chin-ups(i forget name:) i try rows because other guys who train with me only start with pull-ups. Today i did it in64 minutes and i have 2x1,5kg on foots...

Tried this workout the other day and my chest was sore the next day!

Alternate the exercises - push-ups first, then pull-ups, etc, so the first round would be 30 push-ups, 10 pull-ups, 20 dips, and 10 chin-ups. Next round 29 push-ups, 9 pull-ups, 19 dips, and 9 chin-ups, ...

Push-ups - 30/29/28/27/26/25/24/23/22/21/20
Pull-ups - 10/9/8/7/6/5/5/5/5/5/5
Dips - 20/19/18/17/16/15/14/13/12/11/10
Chin-ups - 10/9/8/7/6/5/5/5/5/5/5

Keep going until you get to 20 reps on the push-ups and 10 reps on the dips. Works out to 11 sets. Go down on the pull-ups/chin-ups to 5 reps, but don't go lower than 5.

This sounds good as. One question though do u finish all push up sets? Or go to pull ups straight after one set then dips. Sorry if u mentioned im very bad and new at this Razz

Give yourself enough rest between each set so that all reps are done with strict form!

It took me about 45 minutes to do this and by the end you'll have done:

275 push-ups
70 pull-ups
165 dips
70 chin-ups

Of course, increase the reps if it's too easy, lower them if it's too hard.

Good luck and train hard!

i tried this routine last night - but lowered reps to suit my ability - i only just got through it! it absolutly drained me of everything! in order for me to progress so that i can complete this routine with daWALLI's reps and in under 1 hour - should i just train more muscle endurance, or practice this routine once or twice a week?

You can lower the reps, or keep them as they are and break up the sets until you do all the reps.

I don't only train muscle endurance. I like to do high reps, low reps with added weight and everything in between! One day I like to train for the OAC, the next day I do the BBR reqs. Sometimes on the same day! lol! You'll only need to do this routine once a month or so, just to keep it fresh. Don't forget full ROM on EVERY REP!

Good luck!

OAC - One-arm chin-up. OAP - One-arm pull-up.

These are tough, but I'm determined to get 'em!
