Prehab, cycling of volume and intensity cycles, and working on proper supplementary work will also help keep you ready for your next workout.

Instead of making a new thread I thought of asking here about rest.

My Main workout is 3 days a week, Pullups/Chinups/Dips/Pushups.

But on the 'other days' I do all types of Situps. What I want to know is, It's technically my REST day, but I Work the Abs a lot and go running a bit too.

Doing Abs and some cardio, Does this Influence the Recovery of my all my other muscles during the in between rest day, Back, Arms and everything?

Thankyou Man for repling so fast Smile Yeah, my opinion is, technically it's not full rest, but after all, It's not like I could never do Abs, and i can't do it all in one day.

Mm yeah, getting cold here too, but I quite like a run in the cold and empty dark park to be honest, but that's just me I guess lol

Cheers
