Here's who I am

I'll be writing up any routines I came up with and do, hopefully on a regular/daily basis. I hope this will keep me motivated to stick to my training every day Very Happy

My first real routine
'Push 'n Pull'
-10 diamond pressups (hands knee height)
-7 pullups

-10 hip pressups (floor/dumbells)
-7 chinups

Pressups (variations): 1,2,3,4,5
Pullups/horizontal pulls on desk: 1,3,5

Pressups(variations): 1,2,3,1
Pull varations(same as above): 1,2,3,1

After 2 weeks of inactivity due to injury and sleep problems
'Recovery Road'
Squats: 8
Push-ups: 8
Pull-ups: 5
Sit-ups: 8

x3 as a circuit one after another with little rest (about 10 s)
