 Any routines/tips for increasing explosive power

Hey guys
I'm new to BW training but am impressed by some of the strength and power ive seen from people who train like this and wish to give it a crack.

My main focus is to increase my explosive power and endurance, obviously most of the sets i do will focus on fast explosive movements and lots of reps.

I dont want to become huge so lifting big isnt of interest to me.

I was wondering if anyone had routines or suggestions of things for me to try

add some weight (weight vest/hold dumbbell between legs) when you do any exercise. That'll help increase your power and hence when weightless you'll be more explosive Smile

plyometric training

clap and jump with everything, clapping push ups, clapping dips, pull ups, explode and jump in your exercises.
