did 5 sets of 5

really close to the ground elevated pushups

and backarm dips

have been doing alot of cardio such as skateboarding and bycleing

been watchin the food ive eatin also.

Well i was watching from the start ur training log, its nice to see people who are really hmm lets say not fit to try to change their life. Also congratulations for all ur efforts to get better and it looks like u are almost there to be able to do some push ups (i mean not just one but to be able to do 3-4 etc etc Razz )

Keep it up soon u ll be able to do even pull ups and dips not to mention in future the muscle ups etc Razz

hehe thanks, i didnt do much workouts today i did alot of cardio skateboarding...today was national go skateboarding day Very Happy was really fun but im beat from all the skatin, wakin up early tommarow to do some body rows.

havent been really workin out lately, been doing alot of cardio with my bike and skateboarding

today i did grip training for pullups

i switched the grips from pull up chin up to nuetral grip and did each one 10 times until i could hold anymore.

want to start up this log again, ive started working out again in a sence, but now im going to record mainly my eating habits and portion control here, and my thought on the day and how im feeling, i have been skating alot tho as my cardio and ran the other night and got some gnarly blisters..been riding my bike around too so yeah

Good luck, dude.
I suggest not trying to lose weight too quick. Aim for 1-1.5lb/week loss, not any more. Not only will you lose strength, but you will get a lot of loose skin. But i'm jealous of how strong you will get with all this extra weight. (no offense)

im still at 300 pounds, i maintain my weight very easyly because i exercise alot ( skateboarding 5 hours a day) so the weight when i first started was 330 so 30 pounds so far, now i really want to lose at least another 30 but of course my main goal would be 80

and 1 pound a week is a little slow isnt it i mean i am a big guy hehe.

this is what i do all day, the main reason why i said i was going to mainly post my eating is because my eating is whats really setting me back losing weight.... thats a 13 foot pool in santa cruz CA.
