Forgot to post this up last night, but starting to train for barbarians requirements! Just Decided to get back to pure calisthenics after about 4 months of strongman style training, so trying to get my numbers back up and work back into things

Monday:

Warmup
- 20 laps jogging back and forth in back yard
-mobility drills for 7 minutes

2 min rest b/w sets
Pullup-18, 10
Close grip-8
Chinup-12, 10

2min rest
Dips- 20
pushups-25, 20, 15, 20

1 min rest between supersets
Hanging leg lift+dragonflag- 20/12, 15/9, 12/8

Tuesday: Lower Body day

Warmup
-20 laps back and forth in house
-mobility drills 7 minutes
-light stretching

Workout

squat-20 *1 min rest between each set*
close squat-15
close squat holding 20 pound sandbag at arms length- 20
close squat holding 10 pound bag at arms length-15
close squat-holding 10 lbs. at arms length- 15
regular squat-50

walking lunge-20 reps
walking lunge with 45 lb. sandbag- 12 reps

glute ham raise-10 reps
glute ham raise-25 reps
glute ham raise-30 reps
