dips :

20/15/14

tricep extension :

10/11/12

bodyweight rows :

20/15/10

core :

l-sits on dip bar
leg raises
back curls (dont know the proper name)
weighted crunches on gymball
crunches on gymball
crunches
pushthroughs
oblique crunches
heel 2 heel touch

you do a lot of core. maybe more of the other stuff, and different variations of it to. like holds, static holds, explosive, etc Smile
