HI ALL,

i'm a noob al right Razz
I just can do like :
50 push-up
10 pull-up
12 dips
8 leg raise
and for the legss i don'T know Razz

So i writ you that cause i don't have a trainning routine and i would like to get one and i wish that you guys can help me for this Very Happy

first you aren't a noob if u can do 10 pull's

second and for me more important, simply just practise and go hard!
that is the way i do it, nothing special rutine or whatever, but if you just want a routine i recommend 5 pull ups,5 alternate grip pull's, 5 chin's.

and try to keep progres on every pull->chin, i mean when you to etc. 10 pull's you should do 10 chin

keep it going !
