Hi Guys,
i'm mixing Bodyweight training with weightlifting.

My goals are to reach the full Planche, Backlever and Frontlever.
5/3/1 stands for a strength training system.

Monday
Deadlift 5/3/1
Military Press 5/3/1
L-Sit
Dips 4 sets

Wednesday
Handstand work
Bench 5/3/1
Planche
Chins 4 sets

Friday
Squat 5/3/1
Squat 5x10
Frontlever
Backlever

I'm doing all the gymnastic exercices in a tuck position for 10sec. x10 and trying to move on.

any advices?

Is the frequence for gymastic exercices to low?

frequency is way to low and idk if you know this but those moves are on entirely different levels. Backlever is a relatively easy move that can be achieved pretty quickly, while planche and frontlever are extremely hard moves to master. There are some tutorials if u search the site.

Hope that helped my friend
