To warm-up myself I do:
200 rope jumping
5 pull ups, 20 push-ups and 40 sit-ups.

After warming-up I do:
-ladder/pyramid pull-ups(if I do 10 pull-ups, I'll do the exercise till 7 pull-ups each series. Each series I'm allowed to break only 50 seconds.)

-25/29/25/25/minimum 30 push-ups(break 90 seconds)
-chest expander(the 3rd level of 5) 5X2
5X3-4 dips and 10X3 tricep dips..

That my routine and i go to the swimming pool every Tuesday and Thurseday.(for almost 2 years).

How is it?
Please comment!!!

Well for warm up i would suggest some dynamic stretches (arm circles and a nice warm up is LBM's from calisthenicscamp , etc etc)

As for main program if its hard for u then its ok, i think what matters most is how hard u workout.

Just make sure u workout both pushing and pulling muscles, core and legs!!!

One suggestion is to do some cool down after ur program like stretches.

Hope it helps

Thanks a lot!
I have more 2 questions to ask:
Are there any exercises that I might/can practice?
What's the meaning of "LBM"?

LBM is in short the name LittleBeastM its a person here named like that.

^Is the video for shoulder i was talking about^

Well if u got about 15 pull ups, 20 dips then u can start practicing on muscle up. Also tucked front lever is a good exercise to start ur training from front lever. And back lever training will help too.

If u got a good core also u can do some training on tucked planche.

Other good exercise to name are dragonflags, pistols (one leg squats), L-sit and planks are easier but helps to build a good core for the advanced like dragonflags.

U can add things gradually as u are getting better , dont rush to anything and get injured!!!

Nice tips stratos!

And I agree that if it's hard for you, then do it. BUT, you'd have to change and improve your workout sets in one or two weeks, or else, it'll get boring and unprogressive (is there such a word?) Smile
