normal grip pull ups:
2-4-6-4-2
close grip pull ups:
2-4-6-4-2
dips:
2-3-4-6-4-3-2
wide push ups:
5-10-15-10-5
diamond push ups:
2-4-6-8-6-4-2

1 minute rest between each set

total:
18 normal grip pull ups
18 close grip push ups
24 dips
45 wide push ups
32 diamond push ups
