 workout routine

PostSubject: workout routine   Sat Apr 30, 2011 4:23 pm

im new to bodyweight training
i can do 8 pullups
5 dips
and 25 push ups

my goal is to be stronger

anyone knows a good workout routine for that?

just keep doing the basics till failure till your reps are high enough then try harder exercises.
