grapple fitness session - consisting of -

3 rounds
5 KB clean & press w/2x20kg KB
Rope climb
10 man ups (like a super slow burpee with no jump and a man hanging onto your back)

60mins judo class

45mins grappling drills
free roll for about 20mins

15min tabata 20,10 - starjumps, sit outs, mountain climbers

1 min rest

3 sets, 1 min rest inbetween
15 pull ups
15 jump squats
15 dips

90min grappling

real bad pain in my back, had to stop grappling immediatly
went to a crap gp that night to get a referal for and xray which i found out later was probably a waste of money because xrays can't show you disc injuries

rest days - i got my back cracked on thursday the 17/11
freed up the joints alot which proved to me that it was mostly a fascet joint problem, fucking annoying injury right before a competion, minor disc injury coupled with a minor muscle strain and about 5 locked fascets shouled be fully healed in about a fortnight

3 sets of each but done in that order with a fair bit of rest in between sets

100 swings w/16kg KB
20 pull ups
20 dips

if i can do pistol squats and slouch without pain usually means i dont have a serious back problem. will get back to bjj soon and i will make sure not to neglect the posterior chain again and continue to work on rotational movements coupled with bodyweight exercise and kettlebell.

plenty of rest in between sets
if I can do bottom squats with two 24kg KB's then i can train jiu jitsu again. i'm goin back to training tomoro
