1 min rest

5 HeSPU
3 muscle ups (no kip, good form)
1 min rest

1.5 min rest

20 chin ups

90mins grappling

abs workout, 6 rounds, 1 min rest inbetween rounds
20 physio ball knee tucks
20 jackknifie situps
50 boxers twist w/16kg KB
20 gladiator press, each side (as always) w/10kg DB
20 lying windscreen wipers

1 min rest

3 x 15 leg lifts w/ orange power band (10-50lb resistance), 1 min rest

3 x 6 dragonflags, 1 min rest

starjump push press, burpee snatches, mountain climbers

14 tricep extensions

2 hours grappling

15pullups
30 pushups

5 pull ups
10 push ups

the only ab work that I ever do besides pullups and running is maybe bar twist... I had thsi chick over the other day and she looked at me and says "I just know that you have a 6 pack" then she started getting touchy feely... Maybe Ill amp up my ab work like you guys

i only do ab work outs to give my grip a rest, and also its good to have good ab & psoas endurance for bjj, and who's "you guys"?

1.5 mins rest

4 x 20 dips, 1 min rest

3 x 12 pistols on bosu ball, 1 min rest (eg 12left leg squats, 1min rest, 12right leg squats, 1min rest, = 1set)

2 hours grappling

4 x 15 pull ups

3 x 50 leg raises, 1 min rest

psoas stretch hold each leg 2 mins repeat 5times
