run 10min speed 13 w/vibram five fingers

50 dips (last 5 ROM wasn't to good but still a good achievement Smile)

1.5hours grappling

20 jackknife sit ups
50 boxers twist w/16kg KB
20 gladiator press (each side)
20 lying windscreen wipers

got my back manipulated
a couple of hours later.......

first oap!! on both arms!
(and i haven't trained strength for over a month, i think my joints needed time to heal and i unintentionally gave it to them while doing heaps of cardio, conditioning myself for a bjj comp! awesome!)

4 rounds, 1 minute rest in between sets
15 side by side deadlift w/2x24kg KB (was more like a squat but was suppose to be a deadlift)
15 pull ups
15 dips
16 alternating pistols

a couple hours later.......

6 x 12 push ups w/ power push 2xR6 cables

a couple of hours later......

90 mins bikram yoga class (hot yoga) that i will never do again.....

not because it was hot, i can handle the heat but because its not yoga, its some retarded yuppy hybrid where there is a woman with a microphone shouting "stretch" "push" and "relax" which hardly makes you want to relax or get into a meditative state and lack of guidance with poses also there is no detail when it comes to correct alignment with poses and the teacher doesn't make you do anything to warm your lower back up just straight into back bending which is retarded, i can see a lot of fat people getting injured doing this, i've done yoga before but not this retarded yoga, never again. i actually liked the heat but it was more how rapidly they moved from pose to pose and not showing anyone how to do the pose properly either, as you can see by my venting i was very frustrated with my bikram yoga experience Razz

5 front lever pulls (tryed to hold at the top of the pull, prob about 1-2 sec hold)

sept forum challenge - 2 attempts - filmed both but first one camera angle was shitty
3 x 5 elbow dips
also did a couple of false grip muscle ups, i wanna get good at them

.5-1 hour grappling
5 x 8 archer pull ups

a few hours later.....

3 sets, 1 min rest in between sets
20 neck bridges
20 push ups
20 front neck bridges

3 x 12 leg raises w/red powerband (25-80lbs resistance) attached to the floor (not full ROM, more like halfway)
1 min rest in between sets

3 x 8 dragonflags, 1 min rest inbetween sets

max v-sit hold

5 x 2 assisted oap (each arm, full ROM)w/ red powerband(25-80lb resistance) (left was way harder than right arm, felt like i could do at least to more reps on right arm but wanted to keep things balanced)

20 pistols on bosu ball (each leg)

2 hours grappling

3 supersets
20 neck bridge
15 dips on rings
20 front bridge

played around front lever hold - now that i'm a bit lighter strength moves seem to be coming easier, makes sense because there is less weight to pull Razz

stretch hips and shoulders for about an hour

about an hour later..
attempt oap - for some reason couldn't do it - must be overtraining the movement or something?

20-30mins grappling
was completely fucked and had to stop.... elbows really sore and felt completely drained. like i was gonna spew or pass out. maybe its because i ate some shitty fried food before training? i dunno. anyway i'm gonna tapper off my training this week so that should give my elbows or whatever plenty of time to heal.
