Essentially all bodyweight moves work the shoulders. Focus on handstands if you want to develop very powerful shoulder muscles

agree.

pretty much all "push" exercises will hit the shoulders:

dips
pushups
HeSPU
HSPU
diamonds
bar dips
planche training
etc....

also your "pull" exercises will hit the back of the shoulders - so when you do pullups you're working the rear shoulders too.

musculus deltoideus(shoulder muscle) consists of 3 muscles: deltoid anterior ,deltoid posterior and the middle deltoid or deltoid medius.
the best bodyweight exercises you can do for each of the parts are:
1.)Regular wide push ups that work the pecks work the deltoid anterior very well.
2.)Handstand push ups will work the deltoid medius.
3.)Wide incline pull ups will work the posterior deltoit("WIDE") if you dont do them wide almost all of the work will do your latissimus dorsi(lats, wings) call that muscle what ever you like.
So these are the best bodyweight exercises to work all the shoulder parts.

Heck! I think all bodyweight exercises will hit the shoulders. You don't even need to find a focused exercise for the shoulders. Go work out with anything!
