ok have been doing weights for a while but am now interested in bodyweight work. got convict conditioning and just had first workout today felt so good compared to weights after bw work feel so much healthier anyway heres what i did

wall push ups 50,50,50
knee tucks 40,27,20
vertical pulls 40,40,40
shoulder stand squats 50,50,50
short bridge 50,50,50
headstand 60sec

wanted to do more and start at higher level exercises but decided to go with the book totally and take my time and start from basics

and comments suggestions would be appreciated thanks

you're following convict conditioning?

could you post a pic or a vid doing of the headstand. i still have problems doing headstand. would really appreciate it. thanks Wink

Well one thing is for sure. You aren't following his program. Only progressions. there are a few routines of his in the book but they really sound too easy especially the starter ones. Good luck man

Headstand is easyyy Cool

So:
(at the beginning you can learn at the wall)
1. Warm you'r neck wrist etc..
2. Put pillow or something soft on the floor
3. Head on the pillow, hands in front (must form a triangle)
4. Push y leg (if y dont use wall be careful do not push as hard)
..

5. Legs wide and start to spin Wink

ok had second workout yesterdat ment to have it monday but with work and study couldnt Sad

incline pushups 40,40,40
knee tucks 40,40,25
horizontal pulls 15,13,10
bw squats 40,40,40
straight bridges 10,10,10
wall headstand 75secs

hip flexors killing me again after knee tucks
and horizontal pulls( bw rows) were killer especially on forearms right at crook in arm.

was going to just do another workout today so then can rest tomorrow and w/o as normal on friday il see how i feel after study

and why do you say im not following his program?
