 Random training

hi I was wondering if doing training at random points each day and not have a set routine would be beneficial and could you build muscle like this?

This is better at training the central nervous system, not the muscle AS much.

But, there is a lot to be said about the rep gains you will get from doing this. Being able to do 30 pull-ups at a similar weight to where you are now is a good thing.
