Day 1:
Stretch/Warm up
Push ups 10×10
Squat 5×20
Heavy resistance band upright rows 3×20, 4×10
Push ups 5×10, 5×12
50# dumbbell swing 5×10
Squats 5×20
Push ups 5×13, 5×12, 6×10
Feeling great! Very Happy

I am working from home today so no pull up access. Tomorrow back at the office so have access to pull up bar. Here's what I did yesterday:

1 mile run @ 7:42/mile pace
10 rounds: 15 squats, 10 push ups, 5 pull ups.
Weighted pull ups using dip belt and weight plates: 25# x 6-4-3-4, 35# x3-3-3-3
Dead hang pull ups x 7-5-5-5
Push ups: 10×10

1/2 mile run @ 7:30 pace/mile.
Dead hang pull ups: 12-8-5
Weighted pull ups: 25# x 5-5-3-3-3-3-3
15 rounds of: 5 pull ups +10 push ups.
Tricep push downs: 110 x 20, 120×15, 130×10, 140×5-5, 150×6-4
Chin ups with legs parrallel to the floor: 5×5

Busy times are here again at the office. Had a solid 45 minutes to workout today.

Light stretch.
1 mile run @ 7:43/mile pace.
Air squats 4×25
20 rounds of 5 deadhang pull ups + 10 push ups.
Air squats 5×20
Tomorrow I’m going to add up how many push ups, pull ups, and squats i did this week. Has to be pretty high. Feeling great, energetic and seriously pumped!
